After dark each year for 18 days in May/June Sydney lights up in a celebration of light, music and ideas. The city comes alive with light shows, games, music and exhibitions. The Sydney Harbour Bridge shows off its colours and the Opera House turns in to a canvas for a light show of animation, pictures and stories. It spreads across the CBD, Circular Quay, Luna Park, Martin Place, Darling Harbour and even the back alleys in between.
There was so much going on and so many different angles and locations that between photography and time lapse work it was impossible to cover them all! In order to show the atmosphere I attempted something new and put together a time lapse video of the best locations. Feel free to share.
